School District Communication with First Responders; Requires district school boards of specified school districts develop & execute interlocal agreements with law enforcement agencies, local fire departments, & local emergency medical services organizations for specified purposes.
Offenses Against Firefighters; Provides enhanced penalties for certain offenses committed against firefighters engaged in performance of their lawful duties.
Husband-Wife Communications Privilege; Provides privilege for husband-wife communications does not apply in certain civil or criminal proceedings involving abuse or neglect of child victims when communications concern such conduct.
Bottled Water Excise Tax; Imposes excise tax upon bottled water operators; establishes requirements for such tax; requires local governments to cooperate with department & furnish information without cost to DOR for certain purposes; provides criminal penalties.
Port of Palm Beach District, Palm Beach County; Revises salary of Board of Commissioners; provides for annual adjustment of such salary.
Public Records; Revises & provides exemptions from public records requirements for certain information contained in motorist records held by DHSMV, crash reports, certain crash report data elements within computerized database, uniform traffic citations that reveal personal information, & certain traffic citation data elements within computerized database; provides retroactive applicability; prohibits certain persons or entities from disclosing confidential information; provides exceptions; requires sworn statements or memoranda of understanding; provides construction; provides penalties; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity.
Dispensing Medicinal Drugs; Authorizes hospitals to dispense limited supply of medicinal drugs to patient of emergency department of hospital or patient discharged from hospital; provides drug supply requirements for prescribing or dispensing of such drugs in specified areas; authorizes prescriber to provide patient with prescription for medicinal drugs for use beyond initial prescription period.
Recognizing Veteran Suicide; Urges Congress to recognize veteran suicide & fully fund suicide prevention efforts by United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
Cost-Of-Living Adjustment; Provides specified cost-of-living adjustment factor for members of Special Risk Class of Florida Retirement System.
