Direct-support Organizations; Authorizes DCF to establish direct-support organization for specified purpose; provides DCF & direct-support organization requirements; provides requirements for contract for operation of direct-support organization assisting Children & Youth Cabinet; authorizes district school boards to contract with direct-support organizations for personal services or operations; revises amount of expenditures & expenses organization must have to be required to provide for annual financial audit; & authorizes district school boards to contract with vendor for such audits.

Genetic Counselors Using Telehealth; Revises definition of term telehealth provider to include persons licensed as genetic counselor.

Suicide Prevention; Renames Commission on Mental Health & Substance Abuse; revises purposes of commission to include assessment of state's suicide prevention infrastructure; revises membership & duties of commission; requires commission to submit annual interim reports for specified timeframe; revises date by which commission must submit its final report; extends repeal date of commission.

Pregnancy and Parenting Support; Prohibits use of state funds for person to travel to another state to receive services to support abortion; requires DOH to report to Governor & Legislature information relating to Florida Pregnancy Care Network, Inc.; prohibits physician from knowingly performing or inducing termination of pregnancy after specified period of time; provides exceptions; requires physician to perform or induce termination of pregnancy or to dispense abortion-inducing drugs in person; removes provisions relating to termination of pregnancies during viability; prohibits telehealth provider from using telehealth to provide abortion; provides appropriations. APPROPRIATION: $30,000,000

Florida Retirement System; Revises provisions relating to Special Risk Class normal retirement date, DROP participation, interest accrual rates, COLA, employer retirement contribution rates, investment plan member accounts, member disability coverage, & line-of-duty death benefit coverage.

Education; Revises provisions relating to Family Empowerment Scholarship Program, Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program, part-time enrollment in public schools, transportation of students, graduations requirements, Commissioner of Education duties, & educator certifications.

Statewide Prosecutor; Authorizes Office of Statewide Prosecution to investigate & prosecute election-related specified crimes.

St. Lucie County; Provides for transfer of real property from Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund to District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College; provides requirements for the use, sale or disposition, & conveyance of property.

Rupert J Smith Law Library, St. Lucie County; Provides for appointment of an additional member to board of trustees.

Transportation Facility Designations; Designates 98 Points of Light Way in Miami-Dade County; directs DOT to erect suitable markers.
