Cancer Funding; Revises purpose of Casey DeSantis Cancer Research Program; revises duties of DOH under program; creates Cancer Connect Collaborative within DOH for specified purpose; requires collaborative to administer Cancer Innovation Fund; requires collaborative to review grant applications & make recommendations to DOH for awarding grants upon appropriation of funds to fund.

Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Other Neurodegenerative Diseases Policy Workgroup; Requires State Surgeon General to establish progressive supranuclear palsy & other neurodegenerative diseases policy workgroup; provides for duties, membership, & meetings of workgroup; requiring State Surgeon General to submit annual reports & final report by specified date to Governor & Legislature.

Reading Achievement Initiative for Scholastic Excellence Program; Authorizes tutoring to be provided after school day; & authorizes school districts that participate in specified tutoring program to provide stipend to instructional personnel & high school students serving as tutors for after-school tutoring.

My Safe Florida Home Program; Revises provisions related to My Safe Florida Home Program including legislative intent, eligibility requirements, applications, home inspections, grants, hurricane mitigation, matching fund grants, & priority of applications. APPROPRIATION: $225,000,000

Congenital Cytomegalovirus Screening; Requires certain hospitals to administer congenital cytomegalovirus screenings on newborns admitted to hospital under specified circumstances; provides coverage under Medicaid program for screenings & any medically necessary follow-up reevaluations; requires newborns diagnosed with congenital cytomegalovirus be referred to primary care physician for medical management, treatment, & follow-up services.

Swimming Lesson Voucher Program; Requires DOH to contract with & establish network of swimming lesson vendors to participate in program; requires DOH to secure vendor in each county; requires vendors to participate in program if requested by DOH; requires DOH to establish application process; specifies eligibility criteria; provides program is subject to specific appropriation; authorizes DOH to seek grants or other public & private funding for program.

Florida African American Heritage Preservation Network; Requires DOS to contract with Florida African American Heritage Preservation Network for specified purpose; specifies functions that must be provided under contract; provides that certain expenses are eligible for funding under contract.

Pub. Rec./Photographs, Recordings, and Reports of Autopsies of Suicide Victims; Creates exemptions from public records requirements for photograph or video or audio recording of suicide of person & autopsy reports of suicide victims; requires that viewing, copying, listening to, or other handling of such photograph or video or audio recording or autopsy reports be under direct supervision of custodian of record or his or her designee; provides criminal penalties; provides for retroactive application; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions.

Employment of Individuals with Disabilities; Requires collection & sharing of data between multiple agencies for interagency cooperative agreement; provides requirements for accountability measures; requires Office of Reimagining Education & Career Help to issue annual statewide report each year.

Online Protections for Minors; Requiring certain social media platforms to prohibit certain minors from creating new accounts and to verify the age of account holders; specifying the age verification methods the social media platform is required and authorized to offer; requiring certain social media platforms to terminate certain accounts and provide additional options for termination of such accounts; authorizing the Department of Legal Affairs to bring actions for knowing or reckless violations under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act; providing penalties, etc.
