Records and Meetings/Florida Gaming Control Commission; Specifies that any exempt or confidential & exempt information obtained by Florida Gaming Control Commission retains its exempt or confidential & exempt status; provides exemption from public meetings requirements for portions of meetings of commission wherein exempt or confidential & exempt information is discussed, provided certain requirements are met; provides exemption from public records requirements for recordings, minutes, & records generated during such exempt portions of meetings; provides for future review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.

Lighthouse for the Blind -Collier; Provides an appropriation for the Lighthouse for the Blind -Collier. APPROPRIATION: $90,000

Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Dealers; Prohibits licensee from committing certain acts relating to franchise agreements & bonus, incentive, or other benefit programs; revises actions common entity is authorized to take on behalf of manufacturer, distributor, or importer; provides importers & distributors of line-make motor vehicles are bound by franchise agreement; provides rebadging of certain motor vehicles does not invalidate franchise agreement; revises restrictions for when licensee, manufacturer, or distributor may own, operate, or control dealership.

Naples Senior Center Dementia Respite Support Program; Provides an appropriation for the Naples Senior Center Dementia Respite Support Program. APPROPRIATION: $75,000

Quantum Leap Farm Equine Assisted Therapy for Veterans; Provides an appropriation for the Quantum Leap Farm Equine Assisted Therapy for Veterans. APPROPRIATION: $175,000

Emergency Manangement Powers of Political Subdivisions; Specifies requirements for purpose & scope of emergency orders; provides for automatic expiration of emergency orders; authorizes extension of emergency orders for specified duration; requires majority vote of governing body for such extension; authorizes governing body to convene & vote remotely; authorizes Governor & Legislature to invalidate emergency orders upon certain determinations; prohibits issuance of certain emergency orders.
