Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia Training for Law Enforcement and Correctional Officers; Requires FDLE to establish online, continued employment training component relating to Alzheimer's disease & related forms of dementia; requires training component be developed with DOEA; specifies instruction requirements for training; authorizes completion of such training to count toward certain requirement.

Online Protections for Minors; Requiring social media platforms to prohibit certain minors from creating new accounts; requiring social media platforms to terminate certain accounts and provide additional options for termination of such accounts; providing conditions under which social media platforms are required to prohibit certain minors from entering into contracts to become account holders; authorizing the Department of Legal Affairs to bring actions under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act for knowing or reckless violations; authorizing the department to issue and enforce civil investigative demands under certain circumstances, etc.

Annual Adjustment to Homestead Exemption Value; Proposes amendment to State Constitution to require an annual adjustment for inflation to the value of current or future homestead exemptions that apply solely to levies other than school district levies & for which every person who has legal or equitable title to real estate and maintains thereon the permanent residence of the owner, or another person legally or naturally dependent upon the owner is eligible.

Unauthorized Public Camping and Public Sleeping; Prohibits counties & municipalities from authorizing or otherwise allowing public camping or sleeping on public property without certification of designated public property by DCF; authorizes counties to designate public property for such uses for specified time period; requires counties to establish specified standards & procedures relating to such property; authorizes DCF to inspect such property & to issue notice; provides exception during specified emergencies.

Florida Crop Diversification Commission; Creates commission adjunct to DACS; provides membership & duties of commission; requires commission to submit annual report to Governor & Legislature; provides requirements for report; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $500,000

Property Insurance Coverage; Provides that rates charged for certain commercial lines residential condominium wind-only policies by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation are not subject to specified rate increases; requires authorized inspectors to use specified inspection form for inspections of residential structure & commercial structure roofs.

Minimum Age for Firearm Purchase or Transfer; Reducing minimum age at which person may purchase firearm & age of purchasers to which specified licensees are prohibited from selling or transferring firearm.

Disclosure Requirements for Prospective Purchasers; Requires prospective purchasers of parcel subject to association membership to be provided with certain documents, in addition to disclosure summary, before executing contract; authorizes prospective purchasers to cancel their contract within specified timeframe; specifies that 3-day cancellation period does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays.

Restrictions on Firearms and Ammunition During Emergencies; Repeals provisions relating to specified automatic restrictions on firearms & ammunition during certain declared emergencies.

Homestead Exemption Increase; Proposes amendment to State Constitution to increase the maximum amount of the homestead exemption for all levies other than school district levies from maximum amount of $25,000 to maximum amount of $50,000 for homestead properties with assessed value greater than $50,000.
