Public Nuisances; Prohibits person from distributing onto private property any material for purpose of intimidating or threatening owner, resident, or invitee; prohibits person from willfully & maliciously harassing, threatening, or intimidating another person based on person's wearing or displaying of any indicia relating to any religious or ethnic heritage; requires violations be reported as hate crimes; prohibits display or projection of images onto building, structure, or property without permission; prohibits person who willfully enters campus of state university or Florida College System institution for purpose of threatening or intimidating another person from remaining on such campus after being warned to depart.
Electronic Filing of Records with the Department of State; Authorizes DOS to implement password protected system for electronic filing of certain records; provides person using system may be required to verify his or her credentials; authorizes DOS to allow entities to identify authorized account holders; requires DOS to use e-mail addresses as initial authorized account holder & send codes to such e-mail addresses; authorizes DOS to require verification of identities through use of certain methods.

Rec./E-mail Addresses and Secure Login Credentials/DOS; Provides exemptions from public records requirements for e-mail addresses collected & held by DOS & secure login credentials held by DOS for certain purpose; provides for retroactive application; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity.
