Pregnant Women in Custody; Requires every female who is arrested & not released within 72 hours after arrest be administered pregnancy test upon request; requires that each municipal or county detention facility notify each arrested female of right to request pregnancy test; authorizes sentencing court to stay beginning of period of incarceration; authorizes court to order pregnant woman to comply with specified terms & conditions during stay; requires that woman be offered specified assessment & services; requires detention facilities & DOC to collect & report specified information.

Law Enforcement Officer Interactions with Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder; Requires DHSMV to establish program to improve communication between individuals with autism spectrum disorder & law enforcement officers under certain circumstances; requires DHSMV to develop & make available to such individuals certain envelope & card by specified date; provides requirements for envelope & card; authorizes such individuals to request envelope & card from DHSMV or tax collector's office beginning on specified date; requires Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission within FDLE to establish employment training component relating to such individuals; provides requirements for training law enforcement officers on interacting with such individuals; requires training component to be included in specified course by specified date; requires specified law enforcement officers to complete training component by specified date.

Victims of Domestic Violence and Dating Violence; Requires Division of Telecommunications within DMS to consult with certain entities to conduct feasibility study regarding specified alert system; provides requirements for such alert system; requires division to report to Legislature results of feasibility study by specified date; revises legislative findings to include victims of dating violence; authorizes victims of dating violence to apply to participate in Attorney General's address confidentiality program.

Prosecuting Children as Adults ; Prohibits jail or other adult facility from holding child transferred to adult court for criminal prosecution before hearing to determine if child should be prosecuted as adult, unless hearing waived; removes requirement for state attorney to request court to transfer & certify child for prosecution as adult or to provide written reasons for not making such request; removes references to state attorney's discretion to direct file juvenile; revises discretionary direct file criteria; provides for due process evidentiary hearing before judge upon filing by state attorney of information transferring child to adult court; provides for continued jurisdiction of adult court with regard to child unless court makes specified finding; provides requirements for order to transfer child to adult court; provides for immediate appellate review of order.
