Limited Liability Companies; Provides for protected series of series limited liability company & foreign protected series of foreign series limited liability company; provides for nature, governing law, operating agreement, registered agent, service, certificates, associated assets, associated members, protected series transferable interest, management, liabilities, remedies, enforcement of judgments against, dissolution, & merger & applicability of laws to such companies & protected series of such companies.

County Commissioner Term Limits; Establishes term limits for county commissioners; prohibits specified persons from seeking certain offices until after specified timeframe; requires certain counties to hold referendum election on specified date; provides for referendum election; provides form for ballot title & referendum question.

Voting Systems; Authorizes counties to count ballots by hand at precinct level; prohibits DOS from approving certain voting systems; requires DOS to make certain information & materials available to public on its website; deletes public records exemption that applies to certain software on file with DOS; provides that software is public record & must be provided at actual cost of duplication.

Protection of Historic Monuments and Memorials; Prohibits certain acts concerning historic monuments & memorials on public property; provides for standing to bring civil actions; provides civil penalties for officials who engage in certain actions; provides local government is liable in certain instances; requires state to restore or relocate monument or memorial in certain circumstances; prohibits distribution of funding to local governments until they reimburse state; authorizes removal or temporary relocation of monument or memorial in certain instances provided certain requirements are met; specifies certain duties of Division of Historical Resources & Department of Veterans' Affairs.

Minimum Age for Firearm Purchase or Transfer; Reducing minimum age at which person may purchase firearm & age of purchasers to which specified licensees are prohibited from selling or transferring firearm.

Drive-by Shootings; Designates act “Laderius Clardy Act"; provides criminal penalties for offense of drive-by shooting.

Florida High School Athletic Association Student Eligibility Requirements; Requires FHSAA to adopt bylaws prohibiting students who are sentenced as adults for specified offenses from participating in certain competitions.

Civil Liability for the Wrongful Death of an Unborn Child; Revises definition of term "survivors" to include parents of unborn child; provides definition for term "unborn child"; prohibits right of action against mother for wrongful death of unborn child; authorizes parents of unborn child to recover certain damages.

Restrictions on Firearms and Ammunition During Emergencies; Repeals provisions relating to specified automatic restrictions on firearms & ammunition during certain declared emergencies.

Public Safety Programs; Requires public safety program established, created, funded, administered, or promoted by sheriff & municipal law enforcement agency, respectively, to meet certain conditions.
