Relief/Robert Earl DuBoise/State of Florida; Provides for relief of Robert Earl DuBoise; provides appropriation to compensate him for being wrongfully incarcerated for 37 years; directs Chief Financial Officer to draw warrant payable directly to Mr. DuBoise; specifies conditions for payment; provides that act does not waive certain defenses or increase state’s limits of liability; provides that certain benefits are vacated upon specified findings. Engineers; Prohibits person who is not licensed as an engineer from using specified name or title; prohibits person who is not licensed professional structural engineer from using specified names & titles or practicing professional structural engineering; authorizes Board of Professional Engineers to refuse to certify applicant for professional structural engineer license for certain reasons; exempts certain applicants who apply for licensure from having to pass certain national examination; specifies acts that constitute grounds for disciplinary action, including civil penalties, against professional structural engineer.
Fees; Authorizes Board of Professional Engineers to establish fees relating to professional structural engineer licensing; requires applicants to pay specified fee in order to be eligible to receive professional structural engineer license.
Supporting Military Students & Families in Hillsborough County Public Schools; Provides an appropriation for the Supporting Military Students & Families in Hillsborough County Public Schools. APPROPRIATION: $277,476
Health Care Licensure Requirements; Requires certain physicians to submit specified information to DOH to be exempt from specified licensure requirements; requires department to notify such health care practitioners of their exemption within specified timeframe.
