Medical Marijuana Identification Cards for Service-disabled Veterans; Prohibits DOH from charging fee for issuance, replacement, or renewal of medical marijuana identification card for service-disabled veteran or his or her caregiver if specified form is included with application for such card.
Services for Veterans and Their Families; Authorizes DVA to establish Florida Veterans' Care Coordination Program to provide behavioral health care referral & care coordination services for veterans & their families; authorizes DVA to contract with certain nonprofit entity to enter into agreements with Florida 211 Network participants to provide such services; provides for statewide delivery of specified services by program teams; requires Florida 211 Network participants to collect program implementation data & submit such data to DVA; requires DVA to submit report to Governor & Legislature.
Survivors of Sexual Offenses; Designates act "Sexual Assault Survivors' Bill of Rights"; provides various rights of survivors; provides for confidentiality of certain communications; prohibits medical provider from charging survivor for certain costs; requires that survivor be informed of specified rights before interview; provides requirements & periods of retention for certain forensic evidence; requires law enforcement officer to provide survivor with copies of certain reports; requires system for tracking sexual offense evidence kits.

First Responder Property Tax Exemption; Revises definition of term "first responder," for purposes of property tax exemption, to include specified law enforcement officers & firefighters; defines "law enforcement officer" for certain purposes; provides applicability.
Florida Endangered and Threatened Species Act; Directs FWCC & DACS to protect certain declassified species; revises criteria for placement of species on Regulated Plant Index by DACS; prohibits FWCC & DACS from considering certain costs when designating species as endangered or threatened.
