Rec./Agency for Health Care Administration Personnel; Provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying & location information of certain current or former personnel of AHCA & names & personal identifying & location information of spouses & children of such personnel; provides for retroactive application; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.

Taxation of State Chartered Banks; Provides that community banks have the same immunity from taxation as specified credit unions.

Land and Water Management; Requires certain buffer zones for land or water delineations established by county or municipality to be acquired by county or municipality through eminent domain; preempts regulation of specified dredge & fill activities to state; repeals land management review teams.

Minimum Age for Firearm Purchase or Transfer; Reducing minimum age at which person may purchase firearm & age of purchasers to which specified licensees are prohibited from selling or transferring firearm.

Expiration of the Mandatory Waiting Period for Firearm Purchases; Removes provision authorizing mandatory waiting period to expire upon completion of records check.

Restrictions on Firearms and Ammunition During Emergencies; Repeals provisions relating to specified automatic restrictions on firearms & ammunition during certain declared emergencies.

Millage Rates; Prohibits certain increases in millage rate from going into effect until it has been approved by specified vote.

Transparency in Social Media; Requires foreign-adversary-owned entities operating social media platforms to publicly disclose specified information in certain manner; requires foreign-adversary-owned entities operating social media platforms to implement user verification system for certain entities; requires enforcement by DLA.

Liability on Optional Motor Vehicle Equipment; Provides that there is no obligation or duty to retrofit motor vehicle with component parts or equipment in certain circumstances; provides that certain evidence is inadmissible in civil litigation.

Wrecker Operators; Requires counties to establish maximum rates for storage of electric vehicles; authorizes wrecker operator's storage facility to charge certain costs for certain cleanup, containment, & disposal; specifies financial responsibility for vehicles stored for more than 30 days at wrecker operator's storage facility; authorizes governmental entity to instruct or authorize removal of vehicle or vessel; requires certain communications among governmental entity, DHSMV, & person in charge of location where vehicle or vessel is stored; requires public notice of sale of unclaimed vehicle or vessel to be published in electronic format approved or operated by DHSMV; removes requirement that notice be published in newspaper.
