Sebastian Inlet Tax District, Indian River and Brevard Counties; Provides for admission without charge or admission fee to the Sebastian Inlet State Park for residents within Sebastian Inlet Tax District.
Insulation Products; Specifies that person who takes certain actions relating to interior building envelope insulation products for residential dwellings without having certain test report is subject to Florida Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act; requires that such test report be provided, upon request, to local building official; provides that product evaluation report may not be provided in lieu of test report.
Land Acquisition Trust Fund; Provides appropriation for certain projects related to Indian River Lagoon Comprehensive Conservation & Management Plan; authorizes DEP to make grants for such projects; provides for specified local match for such grants; requires department to submit annual report to Governor & Legislature.
Prescription Drug Benefits; Provides pharmacy benefit managers have fiduciary duty to specified individuals & entities; provides requirements for services performance, contracts, specified funds, & maximum allowable cost lists; requires pharmacy benefit managers to allow payors access to specified records; requires income & financial benefits to be passed through to payors; requires DFS to investigate violations; requires group health plans, health insurers, & pharmacy benefit managers to base plan beneficiaries' & insureds' coinsurance obligations for prescription drugs on specified drug prices.
Indian River Lagoon State Matching Grant Program; Provides that certain projects identified in Indian River Lagoon Comprehensive Conservation & Management Plan are eligible for state funding consideration; directs DEP to coordinate with water management districts to identify projects & grant recipients.
Legal Notices; Provides for website publication of legal notices; provides criteria for such publication; authorizes fiscally constrained county to use publicly accessible website to publish legally required advertisements & public notices; requires government agency to provide specified notice to residents concerning alternative methods of receiving legal notices.
