Government Accountability; Creates Florida Integrity Office under Auditor General; revises provisions related to legislative procedure, Auditor General, Chief Inspector General, CFO investigations, agency inspector general, government efficiency hotline, cabinet approval of those appointed to certain positions, savings sharing program, contracting, & fiduciary duty of care for appointed public officials & executive officers of specified governmental entities.
Public Assistance; Requires managing entities to provide local workforce development boards with information about providers of behavioral health services; revises penalties for noncompliance with work requirements for receipt of temporary cash assistance; requires DEO to inform participants in temporary cash assistance program of work requirements & sanctions & penalties for noncompliance; prohibits use or acceptance of EBT card at specified locations; requires local workforce development boards to provide list of local providers of behavioral health services to temporary cash assistance recipients; directs AHCA to seek federal approval to require Medicaid enrollees to provide proof to DCF of engagement in work activities for receipt of temporary cash assistance as condition of eligibility & enrollment. APPROPRIATION: $952,360
Community Associations; Providing that certain associations may represent, prosecute, or defend owners in certain proceedings; providing unit or parcel owners options for defending a tax suit; authorizing the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes to adopt rules, etc.
Driver License Fees; Provides fees for placement of specified letter on, or removal of such letter from, driver license of person who has developmental disability.
Driver Licenses and Identification Cards; Requires application forms for original, renewal, & replacement driver licenses & ID cards to include language allowing voluntary contribution to Live Like Bella Childhood Cancer Foundation; authorizes person with specified disabilities to have capital letter "D" placed on his or her driver license; provides requirements for placement of such letter on, or removal of such letter from, person's driver license.
