Dental Therapy; Authorizes Medicaid to reimburse for dental services provided by certain mobile dental units; creates Council on Dental Therapy; specifies licensure requirements, services, limitations, & prohibitions relating to practice of dental therapy; requires DOH, in consultation with Board of Dentistry & AHCA, to submit reports to Legislature by specified dates; requires specified information & recommendations to be included in such reports.
Applied Behavior Analysis Services; Provides exemption from licensure requirements for individuals who are employed or under contract with entities providing applied behavior analysis services; redefines term "private instructional personnel" to include behavior analysts & paraprofessionals providing applied behavior analysis services.

Transportation Network Companies; Authorizes person to establish TNC account & add authorized users to such account; provides requirements; requires TNC & TNC driver to send certain notifications to person requesting prearranged ride on behalf of authorized user; allows authorized user to view notifications; prohibits authorized user from changing certain information; requires TNC to provide human trafficking awareness training & education to employees; provides training & education requirements; limits liability of TNC in cases of human trafficking; authorizes DFS to seek court order to require TNC to comply with certain provisions; provides legislative intent & construction.
