Roller Skating Rink Safety; Provides operator of roller skating rink is not liable for damages or personal injury resulting from inherent risks of roller skating; provides certain persons assume inherent risk of roller skating; provides operator is not required to eliminate, alter, or control inherent risks in roller skating; establishes responsibilities of roller skaters; provides that failure to comply with such responsibilities constitutes negligence.

Immigration; Prohibits counties & municipalities from providing funds to any person, entity, or organization to issue identification documents to individual who does not provide proof of lawful presence in US; requires hospitals to collect patient immigration status data information on admission; requires certain private employers to use E-Verify system to verify employment eligibility of persons who accept employment offers authorizes DEO to enforce requirements to use E-Verify & to conduct random audits of employers; removes provision authorizing unauthorized immigrant to obtain license to practice law; provides criminal penalties for persons who knowingly & willfully violate, or who reasonably should know & violate, certain provisions relating to transporting into this state of individuals who entered US unlawfully & without inspection by Federal Government; provides for coordination of certain activities with Federal Government. APPROPRIATION: $12,000,000

Prescription Drugs

Prescription Drugs; Requires drug manufacturers to notify DBPR of reportable drug price increases; prohibits manufacturers from claiming public records exemption for trade secrets for information provided in forms or reports; requires DFS to designate employee as primary contact on issues relating to PBMs; provides penalty for persons who do not hold certificate of authority to act as administrator; requires PBMs to identify ownership affiliations to office; provides requirements for contracts between PBM & participating pharmacy; provides for biennial examinations of PBMs. APPROPRIATION: $1,127,525
