Surrendered Infants ; Revises definition of "infant"; defines "infant safety device"; authorizes certain hospitals, EMS stations, & fire stations to use infant safety devices to accept surrendered infants if device meets specified criteria; requires such hospitals, EMS stations, & fire stations to monitor inside of device 24 hours per day & physically check & test devices at specified intervals; provides additional requirements for certain fire stations using such devices.

Energy Infrastructure Investment; Authorizes PSC to establish experimental mechanism that meets certain requirements to facilitate certain energy infrastructure investments in gas; provides requirements for gas infrastructure investments; defines "gas"; requires commission to adopt rules & propose such rules by specified date; specifies matters that such rates must address.

Assault or Battery on a Utility Worker; Defines "utility worker"; provides for reclassification of certain offenses committed against utility workers.

Young Adults who are Homeless or were in the Child Welfare System; Requires each Florida College System institution & state university, in consultation with State Office on Homelessness, to develop plan to prioritize placement of certain students in residence halls or dormitory residences; provides responsibilities for Office of Continuing Care, Florida College System institutions, & state universities; requires that certain institutions & universities give priority to certain students for housing & work-study opportunities; prohibits institutions & universities from requiring cosigner or guarantor to obtain housing for certain students; requires certain entities to administer certain federal programs & vouchers; provides requirements for administering such programs & vouchers; requires specified entities to document certain actions & provide certain assurances to landlords.

Nonprofit Agricultural Organization Medical Benefit Plans; Provides authority, duties, & prohibited acts of nonprofit agricultural organizations offering medical benefit plans to their members.
