Prohibited Discrimination; Provides that it is unlawful to discriminate against any person because of protected hairstyle in areas of housing, employment, & K-20 public education system.
1920 Ocoee Election Day Riots; Establishes compensation fund program within Department of Legal Affairs for decedents of Ocoee Election Day Riots; requires department to accept & process applications; requires DEO to prioritize certain Black Business Loan Program applications; directs African American History Task Force to determine ways in which Ocoee Election Day Riots may be included in required instruction; directs SoS to take certain actions regarding museum exhibits.

Relief/Descendants of Victims of the 1920 Ocoee Election Day Riots/State of Florida; Provides relief for descendants of victims of Ocoee Election Day riots of 1920; requires FDLE to conduct an investigation regarding the riots; appropriates funds to compensate direct descendants of individuals who were killed, injured, or otherwise victimized by violence at Ocoee; specifies procedures, requirements, & limitation for application & compensation; provides limitation on attorney fees; reverts unused appropriations to General Revenue Fund. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000
Domestic Violence; Requires court to order defendant arrested for act of domestic violence not to possess firearms or ammunition as condition of bail; prohibits individual with outstanding warrant issued for act of domestic violence from possessing firearm or ammunition; authorizes court to issue arrest warrant for act of domestic violence.
Youthful Offenders; Requires DOC to compile certain data concerning youthful offenders; requires annual report & recommendations.
