Complaints Against Law Enforcement and Correctional Officers; Requires copy of complaint, signed by complainant under oath, to be provided to law enforcement officers & correctional officers who are under investigation before any interrogation begins; provides exception if complaint is accompanied by corroborating evidence; prohibits certain personnel actions from being taken against law enforcement officer or correctional officer unless such officer receives copy of complaint signed by complainant under oath unless certain exception applies; requires certain investigative files to be included in officer's personnel file; prohibits investigation that does not result in imposition of disciplinary action from affecting officer's ability to receive promotion, raise, or any other commendation; requires complaint against law enforcement officer or correctional officer to be in writing & signed under oath by person filing complaint unless certain exception applies; provides penalties for making false complaint.

Student Support Services for K-12 Schools; Authorizes district school boards to recommend, endorse, or refer students to organizations providing specified student support services; provides requirements for district school boards, district school superintendent, schools, & organizations providing such services; provides requirements relating to Level 2 background screenings for specified persons.
Exceptional Students and Video Cameras in Public Schools; Removes references to Video Cameras in Public School Classrooms Pilot Program; requires district school board to establish specified policy relating to video cameras in self-contained classrooms; prohibits concealment of certain employee identities in video recording; & provides that video recording made available after request must include accompanying audio.
Health Care; Defines "treat," "treated," & "treatment"; authorizes individual to refuse examination, testing, or treatment for specified reasons; prohibits discrimination against patient based on patient's vaccination status; requires licensed health care practitioners to inform parent or legal guardian of minor child of risks, benefits, safety, & efficacy of specified vaccines, obtain signature from parent or legal guardian before administration of vaccine, & provide parent or legal guardian with option of alternative vaccination schedule; authorizes pharmacist to provide ivermectin without prescription; requires pharmacist to provide specified information to patient; provides pharmacists with immunity from civil & criminal liability & disciplinary action; authorizes Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules; authorizes parent to exempt their child from health examination or from administration of immunizing agents based on conscience grounds; requires DOH to make publicly available, by posting on its Internet website, exemption form for parents & legal guardians.
Electronic Monitoring Devices in Long-term Care Facilities; Defines "electronic monitoring device" & "representative"; authorizes resident, or his or her representative, of nursing home facility or assisted living facility, respectively, to install & use electronic monitoring device in resident's room if specified conditions are met; provides for consent of resident living in shared room with resident who intends to install device; authorizes other resident or his or her representative to impose conditions on consent; provides for withdrawal of consent & modification of conditions; requires AHCA to adopt forms by rule; prohibits facilities from denying admission or otherwise discriminating against resident for installing electronic monitoring device; provides administrative penalty; provides criminal penalty for unlawfully obstructing, tampering with, or destroying electronic monitoring device or recording made by such device; specifies who may view or listen to images broadcast or recorded by electronic monitoring device.
Governmental Agencies and Personnel ; Prohibits state agency or officer from directing funds offered to state to third party as condition of settlement; provides that state agency or officer must provide written notification of terms of settlement to Legislature & Attorney General within specified time; prohibits authorization or approval of reimbursements for travel expenses to & from person's residence & his or her headquarters for specified positions; requires that official headquarters for specified positions be city or town in which department's official headquarters is located; prohibits persons serving in specified positions from being reimbursed for certain travel expenses; prohibits lobbyist or principal from making, & prohibiting district governing board member, executive director, or any district employee who qualifies as local officer from accepting, any expenditure; removes provision prohibiting state residency requirements for university board members.

Court Fees; Increases service charges clerk of circuit court charges for certain services rendered by clerk's office; increases certain filing fees & service charges that may be charged by clerk in probate matters; increases certain filing fees & service charges in trial & appellate proceedings; increases certain filing fees & service charges for civil actions, suits, or proceedings in county court; revises distribution formula for additional filing fees; increases service charge clerk is entitled to for disbursement of surplus proceeds for certain judicial sales procedures; increases filing fee for additional timeshare interests joining consolidated timeshare foreclosure action; increases fee clerk of circuit court may charge for auditing of return of ward's estate; requires Office of Economic & Demographic Research to prepare certain report; requires such report to be submitted to Legislature.
Redesignations of State University and Florida College System Institution Roads; Requires state university & FCS institution boards of trustees to redesignate specified roads or portions of roads to certain names relating to Charlie James Kirk within specified time period; requires state funds to be withheld for any university & institution that fails to redesignate road or portion of roadway within such time period.
Termination of Rental Agreement by Victim of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Violence, or Stalking; Prohibits landlord from evicting tenant or terminating rental agreement because tenant or tenant's minor child is victim of actual or threatened domestic violence, dating violence, sexual violence, or stalking; specifies that rental agreement may not contain certain provisions; authorizes victim of such actual or threatened violence or stalking to terminate rental agreement; requires certain documentation & written notice to landlord; provides for liability for rent for both tenant & perpetrator, if applicable; specifies that tenant does not forfeit certain money paid to landlord for terminating rental agreement; requires landlord to change locks of dwelling unit within specified time period; authorizes tenant to change locks of dwelling unit; prohibits certain actions by landlord; authorizes filing of civil action & award of damages, fees, & costs; prohibits waiver of certain provisions.
