Property Rights; Authorizes property owners or authorized agents to request assistance from sheriff for immediately removing unauthorized occupants from residential dwelling under certain conditions; requires specified complaint; provides requirements for sheriff; authorizes arrest of unauthorized occupant; provides that sheriff is not liable to any party for loss, destruction, or damage; provides that property owner or agent is not liable to any party for loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal property unless it was wrongfully removed; prohibits unlawfully detaining, or occupying or trespassing upon, residential dwelling intentionally & causing at least specified amount of damage; provides criminal penalties for any person who knowingly & willfully presents false document purporting to be valid lease agreement, deed, or other instrument conveying real property rights; prohibits listing or advertising for sale, or renting or leasing, residential real property.

Online Protections for Minors; Requiring social media platforms to prohibit certain minors from creating new accounts; requiring social media platforms to terminate certain accounts and provide additional options for termination of such accounts; providing conditions under which social media platforms are required to prohibit certain minors from entering into contracts to become account holders; authorizing the Department of Legal Affairs to bring actions under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act for knowing or reckless violations; authorizing the department to issue and enforce civil investigative demands under certain circumstances, etc.
Driving Without a Valid Driver License; Revises penalties for offense of driving without valid driver license; requires specified minimum jail sentence for third or subsequent conviction of such offense.
Statewide Drinking Water Standards; Revises policy of state regarding safe drinking water; requires DEP to adopt & implement rules for statewide maximum contaminant level for 1,4-dioxane; requires department to provide public water systems financial assistance necessary to update system infrastructure to meet certain standards; requires department to establish by rule criteria for public water system to receive such financial assistance.
Public Health Mandates and Policies; Prohibits DOH from requiring enrollment in state's immunization registry or otherwise requiring persons to submit to immunizations or immunization tracking; prohibits government entity or educational entity from adopting, implementing, or enforcing specified international public health policies or guidelines unless specifically approved by the Legislature; prohibits the department from requiring, as a school-entry requirement, that children receive immunizations approved only for emergency use unless specifically approved by the Legislature.
Enforcement of Federal Immigrations Laws; Urges Federal Government to secure the southern border of the United States and fix the legal immigration system.
State Legal Tender and Bullion Depository; Provides specie legal tender & electronic currency are legal tender; provides bullion is not personal property for taxation & regulatory purposes; requires DFS to establish & administer bullion depository; authorizes governmental entities to use depositories for storing bullion; authorizes State Treasury to deposit portion of its funds into depositories in form of bullion; requires CFO to establish electronic currencies backed by specie legal tender & other bullion; requires CFO to hold specie legal tender & other bullion as bailment for specified purposes.
Preventing Contaminants from Discharging into Wastewater Facilities and Waters of the State; Establishes PFAS & 1,4-dioxane pretreatment initiative within DEP for specified purpose; provides requirements for wastewater facilities with industrial pretreatment programs; provides discharge limits & surface water quality standards for industrial users; provides that such limits & standards are effective when DEP adopts rules & such rules are ratified by Legislature; requires permitting limits & ongoing sampling, reporting, & compliance standards.
Priority Enrollment for Medicaid Home and Community-based Services; Adds specified individuals to list of those who are afforded priority enrollment for Medicaid home & community-based services through long-term care managed care program & do not have to complete screening or wait-list process.
Traveling Across County Lines to Commit Criminal Offenses; Provides for reclassification of certain offenses if person who commits offense travels with intent to commit offense in county other than person's county of residence.
