Youth Gender and Sexual Identity; Creates Vulnerable Child Protection Act; provides criminal penalties for health care practitioners who engage in or cause specified practices to be performed on minor under certain conditions.
Verification of Employment Eligibility by a Private Employer; Removes option for private employer to verify person's employment eligibility using specified federal form; removes requirement private employer maintain records for specified length of time; removes authorization for certain persons & entities to request, & requirement that private employer provide, documentation relating to person's employment eligibility.
Carrying of Firearms Without Licenses; Removes requirement that license to carry concealed firearm is required in order to carry such firearm; limits areas in which concealed carrying of firearm is prohibited; revises criminal penalties; revises provisions relating to carrying of concealed weapons by nonresidents; provides for issuance of concealed carry licenses for reciprocity purposes; specifies that person not otherwise prohibited by law from possessing firearm may own, possess, & lawfully use firearms & other weapons, ammunition, & supplies for lawful purposes.
Carrying a Concealed Weapon or Firearm in a Legislative Meeting; Removes prohibition on carrying of concealed weapons or firearms in legislative meetings by holders of licenses to carry such weapons or firearms.
Mobilization of the National Guard; Prohibits release of Florida National Guard or any member thereof from this state into active duty combat without declaration of war or other official action by United States Congress; requires Governor to take all necessary actions to comply with such prohibition.
Foreign Electronic or Electromechanical Voting Systems; Prohibits use of electronic or electromechanical voting systems & certain software that is made, manufactured, or designed in foreign country or that is sold or licensed by certain foreign entities.
