Internet Crimes Against Children Programs; Renames Online Sting Operations Grant Program created within FDLE as Internet Crimes Against Children Grant Program; revises purpose of grant program; revises authorized uses for grant program funds; creates Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Funding Program within FDLE; specifies how program funds may be used; requires specified percentage distribution of program moneys; authorizes department to adopt rules.

Criminal Offenses Against Law Enforcement Officers and Other Personnel; Revises prohibition on use or threatened use of force to resist arrest or detention; provides for enhanced punishment for manslaughter when committed against specified officers; revises provisions concerning assault or battery upon specified officers & other personnel; revises provision concerning resisting, obstructing, or opposing specified officers or legally authorized persons; increases level on offense severity ranking chart for committing battery on law enforcement officers & other specified personnel.

Security Services on Religious Premises; Exempts certain persons providing voluntary armed security services at churches or ecclesiastical or denominational organizations from specified requirements; provides requirements such persons must meet to qualify for exemption.
