Communicable and Infectious Diseases; Provides presumption to specified workers that impairment of health caused by COVID-19 or infectious disease happened in line of duty; requires certain actions in order to be entitled to presumption; provides emergency rescue or public safety worker may be required to receive certain vaccines or immunizations; requires emergency rescue or public safety workers to file incident or accident report under certain conditions.

Department of Financial Services; Requires State Risk Management Trust Fund to provide insurance for certain firefighter cancer-related benefits; prohibits unlicensed persons from acting as or advertising themselves as funeral directors, embalmers, direct disposers, or preneed sales agents unless they are so licensed; authorizes licensed funeral director interns & licensed combination funeral director & embalmer interns to continue performing certain tasks while transitioning to licensed funeral directors & licensed combination funeral director & embalmers; requires monument retailers to comply with specified requirements relating to place of business & operations; subjecting monument retailers to inspection; prohibits firesafety inspector from knowingly & intentionally requesting, soliciting, accepting, or agreeing to accept compensation offered to induce violation of certain codes, rules, or laws; provides that certain persons serving as volunteer firefighters may serve as regular or permanent firefighters for limited period; prohibits aiding or abetting of unlicensed activity of bail bond agent or temporary bail bond agent.

Port Orange License Plate Readers; Provides an appropriation for the Port Orange License Plate Readers. APPROPRIATION: $250,000

South Daytona Reed Canal Stormwater Pond Stationary Pump; Provides an appropriation for the South Daytona Reed Canal Stormwater Pond Stationary Pump. APPROPRIATION: $100,000

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Center for Aerospace Resilience; Provides an appropriation for the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Center for Aerospace Resilience. APPROPRIATION: $750,000

Florida Swims: Swimming Lessons; Provides an appropriation for the Florida Swims: Swimming Lessons. APPROPRIATION: $200,000

Beverage Law; Authorizes manufacturer who possesses vendor's license to sell, transport, & deliver to vendors under certain circumstances; revises requirements for vendor to be licensed as manufacturer & requirements for sale of durable retailer advertising specialties, draft equipment, & tapping accessories.
