Property Rights; Authorizes property owners or authorized agents to request assistance from sheriff for immediately removing unauthorized occupants from residential dwelling under certain conditions; requires specified complaint; provides requirements for sheriff; authorizes arrest of unauthorized occupant; provides that sheriff is not liable to any party for loss, destruction, or damage; provides that property owner or agent is not liable to any party for loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal property unless it was wrongfully removed; prohibits unlawfully detaining, or occupying or trespassing upon, residential dwelling intentionally & causing at least specified amount of damage; provides criminal penalties for any person who knowingly & willfully presents false document purporting to be valid lease agreement, deed, or other instrument conveying real property rights; prohibits listing or advertising for sale, or renting or leasing, residential real property.

Online Protections for Minors; Requiring social media platforms to prohibit certain minors from creating new accounts; requiring social media platforms to terminate certain accounts and provide additional options for termination of such accounts; providing conditions under which social media platforms are required to prohibit certain minors from entering into contracts to become account holders; authorizing the Department of Legal Affairs to bring actions under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act for knowing or reckless violations; authorizing the department to issue and enforce civil investigative demands under certain circumstances, etc.
Peer Support for First Responders; Revises definition of "first responder" to include correctional officers & correctional probation officers.
Annual Adjustment to Homestead Exemption Value; Proposes amendment to State Constitution to require an annual adjustment for inflation to the value of current or future homestead exemptions that apply solely to levies other than school district levies & for which every person who has legal or equitable title to real estate and maintains thereon the permanent residence of the owner, or another person legally or naturally dependent upon the owner is eligible.
Unauthorized Public Camping and Public Sleeping; Prohibits counties & municipalities from authorizing or otherwise allowing public camping or sleeping on public property without certification of designated public property by DCF; authorizes counties to designate public property for such uses for specified time period; requires counties to establish specified standards & procedures relating to such property; authorizes DCF to inspect such property & to issue notice; provides exception during specified emergencies.
Civil Actions Involving Assisted Living Facilities; Provides requirements for exclusive cause of action for residents' rights violations or negligence to be brought against specified individuals; provides immunity from liability for certain individuals; prohibits such action from being asserted against certain individuals or entities; revises requirements for recovery of damages & liability for such damages.
Property Tax Exemptions; Proposes amendment to State Constitution to create $100,000 exemption from assessed value of real property for all levies & a $250,000 homestead exemption for residential property owned by someone 65 or older.
Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement Officer; Provides mandatory minimum sentences for violations; provides for pretrial diversion for first-time offenders.
Clinical Laboratory Personnel; Removes requirements that DOH conduct examinations for clinical laboratory personnel licensure & register clinical laboratory trainees; removes requirement that Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel approve training curricula for licensure of clinical laboratory personnel; repeals provisions relating to approval of laboratory personnel training programs; requires applicants for licensure as technologist or technician who meet specified criteria be deemed to have satisfied minimum qualifications for licensure.
Minimum Age for Firearm Purchase or Transfer; Reducing minimum age at which person may purchase firearm & age of purchasers to which specified licensees are prohibited from selling or transferring firearm.
