Gator Day 2022; Designates February 15, 2022, as "Gator Day."

Florida Statutes; Conforms Florida Statutes to directive of Legislature in s. 9, ch. 2012-116, LOF, codified as s. 11.242(5)(j), F.S., to prepare reviser's bill to omit all statutes & laws, or parts thereof, which grant duplicative, redundant, or unused rulemaking authority.

Florida Statutes; Conforms statutes to directive of Leg. s. 13, ch. 2021-269, LOF, to replace references to Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering & references to DBPR relating to gaming with references to Florida Gaming Control Commission to conform statutes to transfer of duties in s. 11, ch. 2021-269.

Florida Statutes; Adopts Florida Statutes 2022 & designates portions thereof that are to constitute official law of state; provides that Florida Statutes 2022 shall be effective immediately upon publication; provides that general laws enacted during May 17-21, 2021, special session & prior thereto & not included in Florida Statutes 2022 are repealed; provides that general laws enacted during November 15-19, 2021, special session & 2022 regular session are not repealed by this adoption act.

Florida Statutes; Deletes provisions that have expired, have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; replaces incorrect cross-references & citations; corrects grammatical, typographical, & like errors; removes inconsistencies, redundancies, & unnecessary repetition in statutes; & improves clarity of statutes & facilitates their correct interpretation.

Florida Statutes; Repeals and amends provisions that have become inoperative by noncurrent repeal or expiration & may be omitted from 2021 Florida Statutes only through reviser's bill duly enacted by Legislature.
