Transportation of Inspected Unauthorized Aliens; Provides legislative findings; creates Unauthorized Alien Transport Program within Division of Emergency Management to facilitate transport of inspected unauthorized aliens within United States; authorizes division to contract for services to implement program; authorizes division to adopt rules to implement program; provides for future expiration; removes s. 185 of chapter 2022-156, Laws of Florida; deems certain payments approved; reverts appropriated funds; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000

Statewide Prosecutor; Authorizes Office of Statewide Prosecution to investigate & prosecute election-related specified crimes.

Emergency Response; Creates Local Government Emergency Bridge Loan Program within DEO, subject to appropriation; provides program's purpose; specifies program eligibility requirements; authorizes DEO to provide interest-free loans to eligible local governments through specified means; provides for expiration of program; provides appropriations. APPROPRIATION: $700,000,000

Transportation Facility Designations; Designates 98 Points of Light Way in Miami-Dade County; directs DOT to erect suitable markers.

Firefighters' Relief and Pension Fund of the City of Pensacola, Escambia County; Removes reductions to a retiree's spousal benefits & the prohibition of remarriage for the widow or widower; provides for pensionable overtime hours & basic life support.

Evidence of Vendor Financial Stability; Authorizes agency to establish financial stability criteria & require vendor to demonstrate financial stability; provides that agency that requires vendor to demonstrate financial stability during competitive solicitation process must accept certain evidence.

Cleanup of Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances; Requires DEP to adopt statewide rules for cleanup target levels for perfluoroalkyl & polyfluoroalkyl substances in drinking water, groundwater, & soil under specified condition; requires legislative ratification of such rules; provides circumstances under which certain governmental entities & water suppliers are not subject to certain actions; provides for tolling of certain statutes of limitations.

Gulf Breeze Hospital - Storm Hardening Project; Provides an appropriation for the Gulf Breeze Hospital - Storm Hardening Project. APPROPRIATION: $4,000,000

Escambia County Old Jail Building Repairs Study; Provides an appropriation for the Escambia County Old Jail Building Repairs Study. APPROPRIATION: $80,000
