Controlled Substances; Revises elements of murder offenses; provides criminal penalties for adults who unlawfully distribute specified substances or mixtures & an overdose or serious bodily injury of user results; provides enhanced criminal penalties for repeat offenders provides that specified persons have certain protections from arrest & prosecution.
Interference With Sporting or Entertainment Events; Prohibits certain actions during covered sporting & entertainment events; prohibits profiting from violations; provides for seizure & forfeiture of specified assets.
Dental Services for Veterans; Establishes Veterans Dental Care Grant Program within DVA; specifies purpose of program; requires DVA to contract with direct-support organization to administer program; provides program funding is subject to legislative appropriation.

Surrendered Newborn Infants; Authorizes hospitals, emergency medical services stations, & fire stations to use newborn infant safety devices to accept surrendered newborn infants if device meets specified criteria; requires hospitals, emergency medical services stations, or fire stations to physically check & test devices at specified intervals; authorizes parent to leave newborn infant with medical staff or licensed healthcare professional at hospital after delivery of newborn infant; authorizes parent to surrender newborn infant by calling 911 & requesting EMS provider to meet at specified location to retrieve newborn infant.

Rec./Veterans Employment and Training Services Program; Provides exemption from public records requirements for certain materials received, generated, ascertained, or discovered by Florida Is For Veterans, Inc., for purposes of administering Veterans Employment & Training Services Program; provides exception; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity.
