Motor Vehicle Repair Work; Requires motor vehicle repair shop to request written crash report from customer; requires shop to prepare & record specified information on transaction form; requires shop to deliver forms to appropriate law enforcement agency; requires electronic transfer of forms to appropriate law enforcement agency by shop; authorizes appropriate law enforcement agency to provide certain equipment to shop; authorizes appropriate law enforcement agency to request original transaction form from shop; provides criminal penalties; authorizes DACS to revoke motor vehicle repair shop's registration; revises items required in written repair estimate.

Sexual Offenses by Persons Previously Convicted of Sexual Offenses; Provides mandatory minimum sentences for specified sexual offenses when committed by persons who have previously committed specified sexual offenses; provides requirements for such sentences.

Registration of Sexual Predators and Sexual Offenders; Revises reporting requirements for sexual predators; revises requirements for an online reporting system; revises verification requirements; revises reporting requirements for sexual offenders revising verification requirements.

Purchase and Possession of Firearms by Law Enforcement Officers, Correctional Officers, Correctional Probation Officers, and Servicemembers; Specifies that correctional probation officers have right to carry concealed firearms during off-duty hours at discretion of superiors; authorizes correctional probation officers to perform certain law enforcement functions under limited circumstances; specifies that correctional probation officer's appointing or employing agency or department may limit officer from carrying concealed firearms during off-duty hours; revises exemptions from mandatory waiting period between purchase & delivery of firearm.

Restrictions on Firearms and Ammunition During Emergencies; Repeals provisions relating to specified automatic restrictions on firearms & ammunition during certain declared emergencies.

Sexual Cyberharassment; Revises requirements for enhanced penalty for second or subsequent conviction; prohibits violations for pecuniary or any other financial gain; provides for award of punitive damages in civil actions; provides statute of limitations for prosecution.

False Reporting; Provides enhanced criminal penalties for specified violation relating to use of emergency communications services which results in great bodily harm, permanent disfigurement, permanent disability, or death; revises requirements for specified violation relating to continued misuse of emergency communications services; provides that conviction includes determination of guilt regardless of whether adjudication is withheld or plea of nolo contendere is entered; requires courts to order person convicted of violation to pay costs of prosecution & investigation & restitution for certain damages & injuries; requires courts to order person convicted of violation to pay costs of prosecution & investigation & restitution for certain damages & injuries; ranking offenses on offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code.

Capital Human Trafficking of Vulnerable Persons for Sexual Exploitation; Prohibits person 18 years of age or older from knowingly initiating, organizing, planning, financing, directing, managing, or supervising venture that has subjected child younger than 12, or person who is mentally defective or mentally incapacitated to human trafficking for sexual exploitation; requires state to give specified notice if it intends to seek death penalty; provides for imposition of sentence of life imprisonment or death.

Anaphylaxis in Public Schools; Requires each district school board to ensure that certain emergency action plans are effective & that school personnel & employees & contracted personnel of before-school & after-school programs receive certain training relating to allergic reactions & anaphylaxis; & requires that at least one member of school personnel with such training be on school grounds for specified purposes.

Pub. Rec./Lethality Assessment Forms; Provides exemption from public records requirements for lethality assessment form that contains certain information & responses; authorizes disclosure of lethality assessment form to domestic violence center & office of state attorney; authorizes state attorney to release such confidential information for certain purposes & to certain parties; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
