Employment Eligibility; Requires that all private employers, rather than only those employing more than specified number of employees, use E-Verify system to verify new employee's employment eligibility beginning on specified date.

Dense Breast Tissue Screenings; Provides that certain patients may receive ultrasound or other additional screening tests without first having conventional mammogram.

Traffic Infraction Enforcement; Provides for enforcement of safety measures at railroad-highway grade crossings through use of railroad traffic infraction detector; provides for enforcement of speed limit in work zone area through use of speed detection system; provides for designation of traffic infraction enforcement officer to issue uniform traffic citations; provides notice requirements; provides penalties; provides for hearings.

Veterans Affairs; Revises admissions process for veterans treatment court programs; authorizes court, in consultation with multidisciplinary team, to determine eligibility for veterans treatment court programs; authorizes sentencing courts to divert defendants to veterans treatment court programs; requires certain notice be provided to defendants; provides for disposition of probation or community control violations by program participants.

Florida Museum of Black History; Establishes Florida Museum of Black History Board of Directors; provides for membership of board; requires that appointments to board be made by specified date; prohibits specified members of board from holding state or local elective office while serving on board; provides for filling of vacancies; requires that board work jointly with Foundation for Museum of Black History, Inc.; requires St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners to provide administrative support & staffing to board until specified actions are completed.

Ad Valorem Tax Exemption for Nonprofit Homes for the Aged; Revises eligibility requirement for Florida limited partnerships applying for certain ad valorem tax exemption.

Firefighter Health and Safety ; Requires Division of State Fire Marshal within DFS to adopt certain rules; requires division to assist in decreasing frequency of fatalities; requires division to adopt rules relating to education on chemical hazards or toxic substances & mental health best practices.

Aggravated Animal Cruelty; Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to post on its website the names of certain individuals who have violated specified animal cruelty provisions; provides a sentencing multiplier for specified offenses of aggravated animal cruelty.

Feasibility Study Relating to Statewide Pawn Data Database; Requires FDLE to conduct feasibility study regarding creating statewide pawn data database; requires report; provides that study is subject to specific appropriation.

Holocaust Remembrance Day; Requires Governor to proclaim specified day annually as "Holocaust Remembrance Day"; authorizes "Holocaust Remembrance Day" to be observed in this state's public schools & be observed by public exercise as Governor may designate; authorizes specified instruction.
