Carrying of Firearms Without Licenses; Removes requirement that license to carry concealed firearm is required in order to carry such firearm; limits areas in which concealed carrying of firearm is prohibited; revises criminal penalties; revises provisions relating to carrying of concealed weapons or firearms by nonresidents; provides for issuance of concealed carry licenses for reciprocity purposes; specifies person not otherwise prohibited by law from possessing firearm or other weapon may own, possess, & lawfully use firearms & other weapons, ammunition, & supplies for lawful purposes.
Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Benefits and Peer Support Programs for Law Enforcement, Correctional, and Correctional Probation Officers; Provides special provisions for posttraumatic stress disorder to part-time & auxiliary law enforcement officers; revises timeframes for notices of injury or death & of claims in cases of compensable posttraumatic stress disorder for first responders; provides peer support programs for part-time & auxiliary law enforcement officers; provides special provisions for posttraumatic stress disorder for correctional officers & part-time correctional officers & for correctional probation officers & part-time correctional probation officers; specifies requirements for certain educational training.
Removing Firearm Regulations; Removes provisions authorizing seizure of firearms from persons in certain circumstances, prohibition on firearms ownership or possession until removal of firearm possession & firearm ownership disability, prohibition on persons younger than 21 years of age from purchasing firearms, certain exemptions from firearms purchase waiting period, ban on bump-fire stock, & statute authorizing risk protection orders.
Ad Valorem Tax Exemption; Proposes amendment to the State Constitution to authorize the Legislature, by general law, to periodically increase the twenty-five thousand dollar exemption on a homestead property's assessed value that is greater than fifty thousand dollars.

Digital Application Purchases and Payments; Prohibits providers of digital application distribution platforms & in-application payment systems from requiring such payment systems as exclusive mode of accepting payments for download or purchase of software applications & products or services; prohibits specified retaliation by such providers; provides that violations are unlawful practices; requires DLA to receive complaints & investigate violations; provides for DLA & aggrieved parties to bring certain actions; provides for award of specified costs, expenses, & fees.

Racial and Sexual Discrimination; Prohibits state agencies, counties, municipalities, & public K-20 educational institutions from providing mandatory training for employees or students which espouses certain concepts; requires certain diversity & inclusion efforts; requires DMS, in consultation with Florida Commission on Human Relations, to review agency diversity & inclusion training; requires contracts with agency to include option to terminate if contractor provides workforce training that espouses certain concepts; requires contractor to submit certification; requires each agency to report violations; authorizes contractor's placement on discriminatory vendor list.
In-person Visitation; Requires providers to establish visitation policies & procedures within specified timeframe; provides requirements for policies & procedures; authorizes resident, client, or patient to designate essential caregiver; authorizes providers to suspend in-person visits under certain circumstances; requires providers to provide policies & procedures to AHCA; requires providers to make policies & procedures accessible from homepage of their websites.
