United States Armed Forces; Revises definitions to include U.S. Space Force; revises officers authorized to take or administer oaths; revises military branches for which official called to active service may receive leave of absence; updates military base names; exempts post exchanges operated by U.S. Space Force from paying certain tax; revises uniforms protected from imitation to include U.S. Space Force uniforms; prohibits soliciting or persuading another not to enlist with U.S. Space Force; authorizes condominium owners & homeowners to display U.S. Space Force flag; authorizes U.S. Space Force members to own, possess, & use firearms & other weapons during certain periods.

Clara White Mission Hot Meals and Snacks on the Go; Provides an appropriation for the Clara White Mission Hot Meals and Snacks on the Go. APPROPRIATION: $200,000

Growth Management; Authorizing landowners with development orders existing before the incorporation of a municipality to elect to abandon such orders and develop the vested density and intensity contained therein under specified conditions; providing an exception to a prohibition against legal entities and their members exercising the power of eminent domain over or acquiring title to certain facilities or property; revising the required acreage thresholds for adopting an amendment using a small scale development amendment, etc.

Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment for Veterans; Provides an appropriation for the Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment for Veterans. APPROPRIATION: $409,455

Clara White Mission Daily Feeding Program for the Homeless and Low Income; Provides an appropriation for the Clara White Mission Daily Feeding Program for the Homeless and Low Income. APPROPRIATION: $200,000

Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Mobile Technology Pilot; Provides an appropriation for the Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Mobile Technology Pilot. APPROPRIATION: $250,000

Homestead Exemptions; Provides exceptions to definition of term "change of ownership" for certain homestead assessment limitation; provides person or family unit receiving or claiming benefit of ad valorem tax exemptions or tax credits in another state is not entitled to homestead exemption unless person or family unit demonstrates to property appraiser certain conditions have been met; provides homestead exemption forms prescribed by DOR may include information relating to ad valorem tax exemptions or tax credits in another state.
