Medical Treatment of Animals; Revising the definition of the term “veterinarian/client/patient relationship”; authorizing veterinarians to practice veterinary telemedicine; prohibiting veterinarians from prescribing controlled substances under certain circumstances; authorizing employees, agents, or contractors of animal control authorities to administer rabies vaccinations under certain circumstances, etc.

Construction and Maintenance of Water Supply and Sewage Disposal Systems by Counties and Independent Special Districts; Providing requirements for independent special districts that choose to exercise certain powers granted under ch. 153, F.S.; providing an exception for certain entities to construct water supply systems, etc.

Community Association Assessment Notices; Revises provisions relating to condominium, cooperative, & homeowner's associations, including requiring affirmative acknowledgments for certain actions, specified notices to unit & parcel owners, delivery of certain invoices & account statements, & timeframes for foreclosure judgments and liens.

State of Florida and Taiwan; Expressing appreciation for the sister state relationship and bilateral economic and cultural ties between the State of Florida and Taiwan, etc.

Civic Education Curriculum; Revising the social studies high school graduation credit requirement; requiring the Department of Education to develop or approve an integrated civic education curriculum that meets certain requirements; requiring the department to curate oral history resources to be used along with such curriculum; designating the “Portraits in Patriotism Act”, etc.
