Gain-time; Revises provisions relating to prisoner's required minimum term of imprisonment; revises incentive gain-time that DOC may grant prisoner for certain offenses; revises conditions under which inmate may be granted one-time award of 60 days of incentive gain-time.
Exemptions from Toll Payment; Exempts person engaged in active military service from paying toll on toll facility.
Police Vehicles; Prohibits person from knowingly selling, exchanging, or transferring police vehicle without removing any police markings from vehicle & confirming that police markings have been removed.
