Warehouse Distribution Centers; Requires certain employers to establish & administer safety committee; provides requirements for committee; provides requirements for certain employers relating to quotas, notices, employee protections, recordkeeping, adverse personnel action, enforcement, inspections, & reporting.

Exceptional Students and Video Cameras in Public Schools; Removes references to Video Cameras in Public School Classrooms Pilot Program; removes obsolete definition; requires certain district school boards to vote to establish policy to provide video cameras in self-contained classrooms upon request of parent; prohibits school or school district from concealing identity of employee in video recording; & provides that video recording made available after request must include accompanying audio.

Sales Tax Exemption for Disabled Veterans; Creates exemption from specified taxes for sales made to certain veterans; requires person seeking exemption to apply to DOR.

Protection from Surgical Smoke; Requires hospitals & ambulatory surgical centers to adopt & implement policies requiring use of smoke evacuation systems during certain surgical procedures.

Council on Social Status of Black Men and Boys; Revises quorum requirements for Council on Social Status of Black Men & Boys; authorizes members to appear by communications media technology; provides that members who appear by such technology are considered present & may be counted toward quorum requirement.

Youth Conflict Resolution and Peer Mediation Pilot Program; Establishes Youth Conflict Resolution and Peer Mediation Pilot Program within the Community School Grant Program; provides requirements for program.

Community Violence Task Force; Creates task force within FDLE; requires state agencies to provide assistance when requested; authorizes task force to receive exempt or confidential & exempt information & specifies that information maintains such status; requires report.

Hunger-Free Campus Pilot Program; Establishes Hunger-Free Campus Pilot Program within DACS; provides requirements for pilot program; requires OPPAGA to conduct study to evaluate food insecurity on campuses of Florida College System institutions & state universities.

Elections; Revising provisions related to elections including elected positions, administration of election law & investigation of violations, voters rights, voter registration, vote-by-mail, ballot types, and Election Day holiday.
