Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia Training for Law Enforcement and Correctional Officers; Requires FDLE to establish online, continued employment training component relating to Alzheimer's disease & related forms of dementia; requires training component be developed with DOEA; specifies instruction requirements for training; authorizes completion of such training to count toward certain requirement.

DNA Samples from Inmates; Requires certain inmates to submit DNA samples.

Unauthorized Public Camping and Public Sleeping; Prohibits counties & municipalities from authorizing or otherwise allowing public camping or sleeping on public property without certification of designated public property by DCF; authorizes counties to designate public property for such uses for specified time period; requires counties to establish specified standards & procedures relating to such property; authorizes DCF to inspect such property & to issue notice; provides exception during specified emergencies.

Relief/Maury Hernandez/Department of Corrections; Provides appropriation to compensate Maury Hernandez for injuries & damages sustained as consequence of DOC's failures to enforce probation laws, regulations, & policies; provides limitation on payment of compensation & attorney fees. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000

Pari-mutuel Permitholders; Removes requirement that certain permitholders show that their permits have not been disapproved or recalled at later election when submitting subsequent annual applications to Florida Gaming Control Commission; authorizes certain greyhound dogracing permitholders to relocate; specifies areas to which permitholder may not relocate; provides that certain pari-mutuel facilities are not subject to municipal restrictions on establishment of such facilities; requires that slot machine gaming area of relocated pari-mutuel facility be at location for which relocation was approved; provides that pari-mutuel facilities that relocated in accordance with act are not subject to municipal restrictions on establishment of cardrooms.

District and School Advisory Councils; Renaming "district advisory councils" & "school advisory councils" as "district community advisory boards" & "community advisory boards"; & revises requirements for such boards.

Traveling Across County Lines to Commit Criminal Offenses; Provides for reclassification of certain offenses if person who commits offense travels with intent to commit offense in county other than person's county of residence.

Automated External Defibrillators on School Grounds; Requires public schools to have at least one automated external defibrillator on school grounds by specified date; provides immunity from liability; provides requirements for defibrillators; provides reporting requirements; authorizes DOE to reimburse school districts & charter schools for portion of specified purchases.

Adult Day Care Centers; Authorizes adult day care centers holding contracts with Medicaid managed care plans to provide nonemergency transportation services for their clients; provides reimbursement rates for such services; authorizes requests for waiver of continuing education requirements; provides continuing education requirements for adult date care center operators; provides required subject areas for such continuing education courses; provides compliance with continuing education requirements is condition precedent to issuance, continuation, reinstatement, & renewal of adult day care center licenses.

Continuing Chiropractic Education; Deletes requirement that chiropractic continuing education be completed in classroom setting; prohibits Board of Chiropractic Medicine from limiting number of continuing education hours that may be completed through distance learning; authorizes board to provide exceptions to continuing education requirements during declared state of emergency; provides requirements for continuing education instructors.
