Electric Vehicle Transportation Electrification Plan; Requires PSC to adopt rules for electric vehicle transportation electrification plan; provides timeframes for such rules & for final rule adoption; authorizes entities that provide electric vehicle charging stations to public to intervene & participate in commission proceedings involving rates, terms, or conditions of service for offering electric vehicle charging to public.

Miami Dade College - Workforce Training for Mechatronics Careers (MECCA) Hub; Provides an appropriation for the Miami Dade College - Workforce Training for Mechatronics Careers (MECCA) Hub. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000

Florida Alliance for Assistive Services and Technology; Provides an appropriation for the Florida Alliance for Assistive Services and Technology. APPROPRIATION: $305,585

Homestead Property Tax Assessment Limitations and Tax Exemptions for Certain Low-income Elderly Persons; Authorizes Legislature, by general law, to prohibit increases in assessed value of homestead property owned by low-income senior & allow counties or municipalities to grant exemption equal to assessed value of homestead property owned by low-income, long-term resident senior; & provides for homestead exemption equal to assessed value of property if just value of property is less than certain amount & legal or equitable title to property is held by low-income, long-term resident senior, & provides for annual adjustment of just value threshold.

Rec./Court Records; Exempts from public records requirements respondent's name in certain documents at trial & on appeal; expands certain exemptions from public records requirements to include applications for voluntary & involuntary mental health examinations & substance abuse treatment; expands certain exceptions; authorizes court to use respondent's name for certain purposes; revises applicability; revises date for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity.

Carrying of Firearms Without Licenses; Removes requirement that license to carry concealed firearm is required in order to carry such firearm; limits areas in which concealed carrying of firearm is prohibited; revises criminal penalties; revises provisions relating to carrying of concealed weapons or firearms by nonresidents; provides for issuance of concealed carry licenses for reciprocity purposes; specifies person not otherwise prohibited by law from possessing firearm or other weapon may own, possess, & lawfully use firearms & other weapons, ammunition, & supplies for lawful purposes.

Residential Association Board of Directors; Revises certification & education requirements for board directors of residential condominium associations, cooperative associations, & homeowners' associations.
