Financial Aid for Female Victims of Rape, Incest, Domestic Violence, or Human Trafficking; Provides certain low-income, female students who are pregnant as result of rape, incest, domestic violence, or human trafficking are exempt from paying specified postsecondary tuition & fees; establishes Academic Success of Pregnant Female Students Who Are Victims of Sexual Abuse Grant Program within DOE.
Public Nuisances; Prohibits person from distributing onto private property any material for purpose of intimidating or threatening owner, resident, or invitee; prohibits person from willfully & maliciously harassing, threatening, or intimidating another person based on person's wearing or displaying of any indicia relating to any religious or ethnic heritage; requires violations be reported as hate crimes; prohibits display or projection of images onto building, structure, or property without permission; prohibits person who willfully enters campus of state university or Florida College System institution for purpose of threatening or intimidating another person from remaining on such campus after being warned to depart.
Interests of Foreign Countries; Prohibits governmental entities from knowingly entering into contracts & taking specified actions relating to contracts that give access to personal identifying information; requires government entities to require affidavit from applicants before providing any economic incentive; prohibits foreign principals from purchasing agricultural land & certain real property in state; prohibits People's Republic of China, Chinese Communist Party, any other political party or member of political party in People's Republic of China, & certain persons & entities from purchasing or acquiring real property in state; requires information held by health care providers utilizing certified electronic health record technology to be maintained in specified locations.
Relief/Leonard Cure/State of Florida; Provides for relief of Leonard Cure; provides appropriation to compensate him for being wrongfully incarcerated for 16 years; directs CFO to draw warrant payable directly to Mr. Cure; requires CFO to pay directed funds without requiring Mr. Cure sign liability release; provides for waiver of certain tuition & fees; prohibits funds awarded under act to Mr. Cure from being used for attorney or lobbying fees. Domestic Violence; Requires court with jurisdiction over dissolution of marriage proceeding to consider factors in deciding whether shared parental responsibility is detrimental to child; provides additional conduct relating to domestic violence which court must consider when ordering parenting plan; provides additional factor court must consider in determining whether petitioner of domestic violence injunction is in imminent danger.
Florida Retirement System; Revises provisions relating to Special Risk Class normal retirement date, DROP participation, interest accrual rates, COLA, employer retirement contribution rates, investment plan member accounts, member disability coverage, & line-of-duty death benefit coverage.
Lactation Space in Courthouses; Requires lactation space in each county courthouse; provides requirements for such spaces; authorizes use of funds to provide lactation spaces in appellate courthouses.
