Federal Immigration Enforcement; Repeals chapter 908, F.S, relating to federal immigration enforcement.

Exemptions from Toll Payment for Disabled Veterans; Provides short title; exempts certain disabled veterans from paying toll on toll facility; requires DOT to issue certain passes; provides requirements for exemption while operating rented motor vehicle.

Collateral Consequences and Penalties for Criminal Offenses; Adopts Uniform Collateral Consequences of Convictions Act; provides duties of DLA concerning certain laws providing for collateral consequences of criminal convictions; requires certain notices be provided to criminal defendants; specifies criteria to be used by decisionmakers considering imposing disqualifications on persons convicted of criminal offenses; provides for effects of convictions from other states; provides for certificates of restoration of rights; proving for construction of such certificates; revises restrictions of possession & sale of cannabis; revises penalties for offenses involving cannabis paraphernalia; provides for automatic sealing of certain convictions form minor cannabis offenses.

Assault Weapons and Large-capacity Magazines; Prohibits sale, transfer, or possession of assault weapon or large-capacity magazine; requires certificates of possession for assault weapons or large-capacity magazines lawfully possessed before specified date; limits sales or transfers of assault weapons or large-capacity magazines documented by such certificates; provides enhanced penalties for offenses committed with assault weapon or large-capacity magazine.

Health Care Cost Savings; Revises definition of term "shoppable health care service" to include certain items & services specified in federal regulation beginning with 2023 plan year.

Public Disclosure of Reapportionment and Redistricting Plan Records; Removes public records exemption for drafts of & requests for drafts of reapportionment plans, redistricting plans, or amendments thereto & any supporting documents.

Surplus State-owned Nonconservation Lands; Authorizes Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund, under certain circumstances, to dispose of surplus nonconservation lands at specified values & donate such lands to fiscally constrained counties & to sell or lease surplus nonconservation lands located in fiscally constrained counties to private entities.

Preemption of Firearms and Ammunition; Repeals provisions preempting the field of regulation of firearms & ammunition to Legislature, to exclusion of local jurisdictions.

Sales of Ammunition; Requires background checks for sale or transfer of ammunition.

Parental Leave; Requires, rather than authorizing, certain departments or agencies of state to adopt rules to establish plan for sick leave pool; provides that eligible employees may use sick leave pool for parental leave; provides for priority of application in case of conflict; defines "parental leave"; provides requirements for parental leave; provides amount of parental leave authorized; provides that parental leave runs concurrently with Family Medical Leave Act.
