Technology in K-12 Public Schools; Prohibiting the use of certain platforms on district-owned devices and through Internet access provided by the school district; authorizing teachers and other instructional personnel to designate an area for wireless communications during instructional time; requiring public schools to provide instruction on the social, emotional, and physical effects of social media, etc.
Risk Protection Orders; Redefines term "petitioner" to include individual who has biological or legal parent-child relationship with, who is legal guardian of, or who is spouse or sibling of respondent.

Sentencing Calculations; Provides sentencing points expire after specified period & cannot be used in calculations; provides for petitions to recalculate sentences due to changes in law in certain circumstances.
Contraband Forfeiture; Requires stay of proceedings subsequent to probable cause finding for forfeiture; requires stay of forfeiture until final disposition of associated criminal charges or while prosecuting agency determines whether charges will be filed; requires written notice of such charges to court; requires conviction in associated criminal offense for forfeiture; requires return of seized property if all associated criminal charges are dismissed or prosecuting agency declines to file; prohibits agencies from transferring property seized under state law to federal agency for specified purpose.
