Coverage of Dental Services under the Medicaid Program; Revises adult dental services that are paid by AHCA as optional Medicaid services; requires agency to reimburse Medicaid providers at specified rate for covered adult dental services; requires agency to seek federal approval; requires agency to implement statewide Medicaid prepaid dental health program for children & adults; provides requirements for benefits under program.

Protection from Surgical Smoke; Requires hospitals & ambulatory surgical centers to adopt & implement policies requiring use of smoke evacuation systems during certain surgical procedures.

Youth Conflict Resolution and Peer Mediation Pilot Program; Establishes Youth Conflict Resolution and Peer Mediation Pilot Program within the Community School Grant Program; provides requirements for program.

Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program; Requires public high schools to establish Bright Futures Scholarship mentorship program for students; & provides requirements for such program.

Community Violence Task Force; Creates task force within FDLE; requires state agencies to provide assistance when requested; authorizes task force to receive exempt or confidential & exempt information & specifies that information maintains such status; requires report.

Identification Cards for Public Works Employees; Requires OPPAGA to produce report on how state could provide an ID card for public works employees identifying them as first responders; provides requirements for report.

Elections; Revising provisions related to elections including elected positions, administration of election law & investigation of violations, voters rights, voter registration, vote-by-mail, ballot types, and Election Day holiday.

Residential Utility Disconnections; Provides conditions under which disconnection of residential utility services for nonpayment is prohibited & waiver of certain fees is required; authorizes utilities to voluntarily suspend disconnections to protect health & safety of customers & reliability of services; requires specified notice & alerts; provides penalties & remedies.

Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact; Creates Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact; provides for recognition of access to social work services, including through telehealth, in member states; provides for development of data system, reporting procedures, & exchange of specified information between member states; specifies licensees practicing in remote state under compact must adhere to laws & rules of that state.

Heat Illness Prevention; Requires certain employers to implement outdoor heat exposure safety program that has been approved by specified departments; specifies requirements for safety program; provides responsibilities for certain employers & employees; provides exceptions; requires specified annual training on heat illness & providing requirements for such training.
