Menstrual Hygiene Products in Public Schools; Authorizing school districts to make menstrual hygiene products available, at no charge, in schools within the district and at certain locations within such schools; specifying requirements for the menstrual hygiene products and the dispensers of such products; requiring participating schools to notify students of the availability and locations of such products; encouraging school districts to partner with specified organizations to supply and maintain such menstrual hygiene products, etc.

Public Lodging and Public Food Service Establishments; Requires applicant for vacation rental license to provide Division of Hotels & Restaurants of DBPR with certain information; revises penalties for operator who fails, neglects, or refuses to obtain license or pay required license fee.
Protected Information of Sexual Offense Victims; Authorizes sexual offense victim, or representative, to make written request to remove protected information which has been published or disseminated; requires person or entity to remove protected information within specified timeframe; prohibits person or entity from further publishing or disseminating protected information; authorizes civil action to enjoin continued publication or dissemination or republication or redissemination of protected information; authorizes specified civil penalties.
Coverage for Diagnostic and Supplemental Breast Examinations; Prohibits state group insurance program from imposing any enrollee cost-sharing liability with respect to coverage for diagnostic breast examinations & supplemental breast examinations; prohibits imposition of cost-sharing requirements for diagnostic & supplemental breast examinations by individual accident & health insurance policies; group, blanket, & franchise accident or health insurance policies; & health maintenance contracts, which provide such coverage.
Energy Transition Task Force; Creates task force adjunct to DACS for specified purpose; provides for membership, duties, & expiration of task force; requires DACS to provide task force staff & administrative support; requires task force to submit report to specified officials by certain date.
