Expunction of Criminal History Records; Revises eligibility criterion under which person is eligible to petition court to expunge criminal history record if charging document was dismissed by court; expands exception to eligibility requirement for expunction of criminal history record to allow prior expunction of criminal history record granted for an offense committed when person was minor.
Title Fraud Prevention; Creates a pilot program in specified county; requires parties provide specified information to property appraiser; requires property appraiser to make certain notifications; requires participating property appraiser to make report.
Florida Retirement System; Authorizes employers to establish volunteer programs; establishes criteria for such programs.
Judgment Liens; Specifies payment intangibles, accounts, & proceeds thereof are subject to judgment liens; removes provision specifying priority of liens; specifies validity & enforceability of liens against motor vehicles & vessels; prohibits issuing motor vehicle certificate of title under certain circumstances; specifies procedures for judgment lienholder to place lien on motor vehicles or vessels; revises authority of certain persons to demand & receive lien satisfaction; requires lienholder to enter satisfaction in certificate of title upon satisfaction or lapse of judgment lien.
Medical Use of Marijuana ; Requiring qualified physicians to perform in-person physical patient examinations before issuing initial physician certifications for the medical use of marijuana; authorizing such qualified physicians to perform patient examinations and evaluations through telehealth for renewals of physician certifications for the medical use of marijuana under certain circumstances; authorizing the Department of Health to suspend the registration of a qualified physician in the medical marijuana use registry for a specified timeframe under certain circumstances, etc.
