Managed Care Plan Performance; Requires managed care plans to collect & report certain measures for specified categories beginning with specified data reporting periods; requires managed care plans to stratify reported measures by specified categories for specified data reporting periods; requires managed care plans to publish performance on such measures on their websites; requires AHCA to use such measures to monitor plan performance.

Victims of Crimes of Sexual Violence or Sexual Exploitation; Provides that victim of any crime of sexual violence or sexual exploitation has right to prevent any person or entity from disclosing or disseminating information or records that might identify him or her as victim of such crimes; prohibits person or entity in possession of information or records that might identify individual as victim of crime of sexual violence or sexual exploitation from disclosing or disseminating such information or records without first obtaining express written consent of victim; provides that specified rights may be waived only by express action.

Local Housing Assistance Plans; Revises percentages of local housing funds that must be reserved for eligible housing.

Davie Dykes Road Drainage Improvements (Between Stirling Road and Griffin Road); Provides an appropriation for the Davie Dykes Road Drainage Improvements (Between Stirling Road and Griffin Road). APPROPRIATION: $175,000

Florida Kidcare Program Eligibility; Increases income eligibility threshold for coverage under Florida Kidcare program; authorizes AHCA to seek federal waiver approval or submit state plan amendments as necessary; requires agency to examine graduated family contribution rates for newly qualifying families under program; provides guidelines for such rates; requires agency to increase income eligibility threshold for coverage under program each fiscal year until meeting specified income threshold.

South Broward Drainage District - High Capacity, Mobile Stormwater Pumps; Provides an appropriation for the South Broward Drainage District - High Capacity, Mobile Stormwater Pumps. APPROPRIATION: $150,000

Florida Kidcare Program Eligibility; Removes requirement that AHCA establish penalties or waiting periods for reinstatement of coverage; removes provisions relating to children who are not eligible to receive premium assistance; revises limitation for eligibility for continuous coverage; requires applicant seeking coverage to provide documentation if eligibility cannot be verified using reliable data sources.

COVID-19 Impact on School Accountability; Provides that school grades, school improvement ratings, & student performance results from statewide, standardized assessments during the 2020-2021 school year may not be used for specified purposes.

Teen Safe Driving Education Program; Provides an appropriation for the Teen Safe Driving Education Program. APPROPRIATION: $232,000
