Veterinary Professional Associates; Authorizes certain individuals to use title "veterinary professional associate"; authorizes such associates to perform certain duties & actions; prohibits such associates from prescribing certain drugs or controlled substances or performing surgical procedures; provides exceptions; provides that veterinarians are liable for acts or omissions of veterinary professional associates under their supervision & control.

Fines and Fees; Authorizes clerk of court to accept monthly installment payments for administrative processing charge; revises methods by which clerk may accept payments for fees, charges, costs, & fines; provides requirements for payment plan; authorizes court to modify payment plan or reduce, waive, or convert to community service outstanding fees, costs, or fines; prohibits clerk from sending incarcerated individual's account to collection agency or sending notice to DHSMV to suspend incarcerated individual's driver license; revises offenses that would lead to suspension of driver license upon failure to comply with court directives.

Fantasy Sports Contest Amusement Act; Creates provisions related to the regulation & authorization of fantasy sports contests.

Coverage by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Revises certain minimum replacement costs as risk amounts ineligible for coverage by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation for personal lines residential structures; provides exceptions to limits on rate increases on single policies issued by corporation.

Coverage by the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Revises types of policies that go to specified accounts of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; revises requirements for areas that are eligible for certain personal residential & commercial residential & commercial nonresidential policy coverages by corporation; authorizes corporation to amend wind-eligible areas; authorizes corporation to consider certain factors in developing new eligibility criteria & rates for policies that provide wind-only coverage; provides that such rates are subject to specified provisions; requires corporation to review & submit to Legislature any recommendations to revise certain eligibility criteria for review & approval.

Fee/Fantasy Sports Contests; Requires applicants for fantasy sports contest operator license & operators to pay specified fee; provides limitation on such fee; authorizes imposition of certain fees for fingerprint processing.

Coverage by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Revises eligibility for coverage of residential structures in certain counties by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; requires corporation to annually implement certain rate increases in such counties for single policies issued by corporation; provides additional policies issued by corporation that do not require policyholders to purchase flood insurance as condition for maintaining policies; specifies requirement for flood insurance.

Office of the Blue Economy; Creates Office of Blue Economy; provides that office shall be housed within state university & administered by Board of Governors; provides duties of office; requires office to annually provide certain report to Governor & Legislature.

Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Other Neurodegenerative Diseases Policy Workgroup; Requires State Surgeon General to establish progressive supranuclear palsy & other neurodegenerative diseases policy workgroup; provides for duties, membership, & meetings of workgroup; requiring State Surgeon General to submit annual reports & final report by specified date to Governor & Legislature.

My Safe Florida Home Program; Revises provisions related to My Safe Florida Home Program including legislative intent, eligibility requirements, applications, home inspections, grants, hurricane mitigation, matching fund grants, & priority of applications. APPROPRIATION: $225,000,000
