Macclenny Fire Engine Replacement; Provides an appropriation for the Macclenny Fire Engine Replacement. APPROPRIATION: $600,000

Pub. Rec./Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel Offices; Authorizes issuance of confidential registration certificates & license plates or decals under fictitious name to criminal conflict & civil regional counsel offices to conduct specified law enforcement activities; expands public records exemption to include all records pertaining to registration application submitted by regional counsel office; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity.

Suwannee County Emergency Operations Center; Provides an appropriation for the Suwannee County Emergency Operations Center. APPROPRIATION: $2,000,000

Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; Revises & provides requirements relating to owners & drivers of commercial motor vehicles & nonpublic sector buses, written notice requiring correction of unduly hazardous operating conditions, compliance reviews, civil penalties, odometer disclosure, return of license plates to DHSMV, denial of motor vehicle trip permits, human trafficking, & DHSMV investigations, examinations, subpoena authority, & rulemaking authority.
