Property Rights; Specifies requirement for complaint to remove an unauthorized person from residential real property; authorizes commercial property owner or agent to request sheriff to immediately remove persons unlawfully occupying real property if specified conditions met; specifies requirements for sheriff upon receipt of complaint; authorizes sheriff to arrest unauthorized person for legal cause; provides that sheriffs are entitled to specified fee for service of notice to vacate; authorizes owner or agent to request that sheriff stand by while owner or agent takes possession of commercial real property; prohibits person from unlawfully detaining or occupying or trespassing upon commercial real property & intentionally causing specified amount of damage; prohibits listing or advertising for sale, or renting or leasing, real property under certain circumstances.

Veterans' Benefits Assistance; Prohibits person from receiving compensation for referring individual to another person for advising, assisting, or consulting on veterans' benefits matters; authorizes compensation for services rendered during specified period only; requires that persons who advise, assist, or consult on veterans' benefits matters for compensation provide specified disclosures before entering into business relationship with client; prohibits providers who advise, assist, or consult on veterans' benefits matters from charging certain fees; prohibits charging of interest on payment plans; provides requirements in event of death of veteran claimant; provides security requirements for handling of veteran's personal & account information; requires provider to successfully complete specified background screening; provides that violation is deceptive & unfair trade practice which may be subject to specified penalties.
Flood Disclosures; Requires landlords of residential real property, developers of residential condominium & cooperative units, & mobile home park owners to provide specified information to prospective tenant, lessee, or purchaser at or before time certain rental agreement or sales contract is executed; specifies how such information must be disclosed; defines “flooding”; authorizes tenant or lessee to terminate certain rental agreements under certain circumstances; defines “substantial loss or damage”; requires landlord or mobile home park owner to refund tenant or lessee all amounts paid in advance for any period after effective date of termination of certain rental agreement; provides that tenant or lessee is still liable for any sum owed to landlord or mobile home park owner before termination of such rental agreement; revises flood information that must be disclosed to prospective purchasers of residential real property.
Holocaust Remembrance Day; Requires Governor to proclaim specified day annually as "Holocaust Remembrance Day"; authorizes "Holocaust Remembrance Day" to be observed in this state's public schools & be observed by public exercise as Governor may designate; authorizes specified instruction.
Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders ; Requires DCF to require certain providers to use specified assessment tool; revises minimum standards for mobile crisis response service; requires facilities to update treatment plans within specified timeframes; revises requirements for discharge planning regarding medications; requires DCF, in consultation with DOE, to conduct review biennially of school-based behavioral health access through telehealth; provides requirements for review; requires Criminal Justice, Mental Health, & Substance Abuse Technical Assistance Center at Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute at University of South Florida to disseminate certain evidence-based practices & best practices among grantees; defines "person-first language"; requires DCF, in consultation with AHCA, to conduct review every other year to identify needs regarding short-term residential treatment facilities & beds; revises assistance & services Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute is required to provide; revises requirements of Florida Center for Behavioral Health Workforce to promote behavioral health professions; revises plan components for mental health assistance programs.
