Community Associations; Revising conditions that constitute a violation of certain provisions related to certain records of a condominium association; revising how associations that have not adopted electronic voting are required to receive electronically transmitted ballots; revising a requirement that a developer, before turning over control of a cooperative association to unit owners, have a turnover inspection report for all buildings on the cooperative property, rather than only for buildings that are three stories or higher; providing that the official records of a homeowners’ association are open to inspection by certain persons at all reasonable times, etc.
Affordable Housing Property Tax Exemption; Revising a specified finding that a taxing authority must make in order to elect not to exempt certain property from certain ad valorem taxation; authorizing certain property owners in a multifamily project to apply for and continue to receive an exemption, etc.
Specialty License Plates/Outsider License Plate; Directing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop an Outsider license plate; providing for distribution and use of fees collected from the sale of the plate, etc.
Ad Valorem Tax Exemption for Nonprofit Homes for the Aged; Revises eligibility requirement for Florida limited partnerships applying for certain ad valorem tax exemption.
Public Records/Office of Financial Regulation; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for information received by the Office of Financial Regulation pursuant to certain cybersecurity event provisions relating to information systems and customer information of loan originators, mortgage brokers, and mortgage lenders and for information received by the office as a result of investigations and examinations of such cybersecurity events; providing a public records exemption for certain information in reports of financial exploitation; providing an exemption from public records requirements for information received by the office pursuant to certain cybersecurity events, documents relating to information systems, and customer information of money services businesses and for information received by the office as a result of investigations and examinations of such cybersecurity events; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Traffic Infractions Resulting in a Crash with Another Vehicle; Requiring the imposition of specified civil penalties and periods of driver license suspension on a person found at a mandatory hearing to have committed certain traffic infractions that resulted in a crash with another vehicle, in addition to any other penalties; requiring persons cited for specified infractions that result in a crash with another vehicle to appear at a certain mandatory hearing; requiring certain owners and operators of motor vehicles to establish and maintain the ability to respond in damages for liability on account of certain accidents, etc.
Medical Freedom; Citing this act as the "Medical Freedom Act"; repealing a provison relating to the future repeal of the definition of the term “messenger ribonucleic acid vaccine”; prohibiting a vaccine manufacturer from offering or paying, and a health care practitioner from receiving, specified financial incentives for the administration of a vaccine; requiring certain health care practitioners and paramedics to, before administering one or more vaccines to a minor child, provide the parent or legal guardian with specified materials; providing that specified amendments made by the act to s. 456.0575, F.S., take effect on a specified date or within a specified timeframe after the Board of Medicine and the Board of Osteopathic Medicine adopt certain materials by joint rule, whichever occurs later, etc.
Waste Facilities; Prohibiting a local government or the Department of Environmental Protection, respectively, from issuing a construction permit for certain solid waste disposal and waste-to-energy facilities under certain circumstances, etc.
