This resolution congratulates the class of 2015-2016 Eagle Scouts for having attained the highest rank one can earn in the Boy Scouts of America.
This legislation amends the Delaware Code to establish the Department of Human Resources by transferring various divisions and other organizational units from the Office of Management and Budget to the newly established Department of Human Resources. The powers and duties of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Secretary of the Department of Human Resources are aligned to reflect the transfers of the divisions and other organizational units of the newly established Department of Human Resources. Various sections of the Delaware Code are amended to reflect changes in titles and nomenclature.
This Concurrent Resolution recognizes the 120th Anniversary of the Constitution of the State of Delaware.
This bill amends Title 9, Chapter 14 of the Delaware Code relating to New Castle County and the members of the Audit Committee, and provides that Audit Committee members' term of service is four years, instead of one year, provided, however, that the terms of any reconstituted committee shall be established in a staggered manner. This revision will lead to increased continuity, stability, and productivity of the Audit Committee.
This resolution recognizes the month of May as "Poppy Month" in the State of Delaware.

Sections 1-4 clarify the type of supervised experience applicants are required to obtain in order to be qualified for licensure and eliminates the requirement that reciprocal applicants be certified by a national organization prior to being qualified for licensure. Additionally, section 2 eliminates a pending criminal charge as a basis to deny licensure. Section 5 changes the law governing chemical dependency professionals to eliminate a pending criminal charge as a basis to deny licensure.
