SJR 67: HONORING MR. JOHN ALLISON TEAGUE, SR. FOR PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS.
SB 27: Relating to agriculture authorities; to amend Section 11-20-71, Code of Alabama 1975, to authorize the board of directors of an authority to appoint former members of the board as directors emeritus to serve as goodwill ambassadors of the board; and to amend Section 11-20-80, Code of Alabama 1975, to exempt certain agricultural authorities from municipal ordinances or regulations without the consent of the authority.
SB 46: Relating to the mobility of P-12 teachers; to provide and adopt the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact to allow licensed teachers to practice among compact states in a limited manner; to provide eligibility requirements for licensed teachers to teach pursuant to the compact; to provide for a coordinated licensure information system, joint investigations, and disciplinary actions; to establish the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact Commission, and provide for membership, powers, duties, and rulemaking functions of the commission; and to provide for oversight of the compact, enforcement of the compact, default procedures, dispute resolution, withdrawal of compact states, and amendments to the compact.
HB 314: Relating to pharmacists and the dispensing of emergency refills of medication; to amend Section 34-33-75 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to increase the supply of medication that may be dispensed in a one-time emergency refill to include the smallest dispensable package size of a medication; and to further provide for the notice to the prescriber after dispensing.
HB 179: Relating to distinctive motor vehicle license plates; to amend Section 32-6-281, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide for the distribution of proceeds of sales of distinctive motor vehicle license plates to emergency medical services providers.

SB 241: Relating to Hale County; to amend Section 11 of Act 83-696 of the 1983 Regular Session (Acts 1983, p. 1136); to repeal Section 12 of Act 83-696 of the 1983 Regular Session (Acts 1983, p. 1136); to make effective the establishment of a consolidated and unified system of assessment and collection of taxes under the supervision of a county revenue commissioner as provided for by Act 83-696 of the 1983 Regular Session (Acts 1983, p. 1136), now appearing as Subpart 2, Article 2, Chapter 33 of Title 45, Code of Alabama 1975.
HB 275: Relating to the City of Northport in Tuscaloosa County; to provide for a warrant recall fee to allow a municipal judge or municipal magistrate for the City of Northport to recall, under certain conditions, a failure to appear warrant.
