HB 312: Relating to Talladega County; to create and provide for the distribution of an additional motor vehicle registration fee of two dollars; and to create the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Fund for the deposit of the proceeds from the fee.
HB 313: Relating to Montgomery County; to amend Section 45-51-231 of the Code of Alabama 1975, relating to an expense allowance and salary of the sheriff, to restate the current salary of the sheriff and to delete an expired expense allowance; and to provide a new expense allowance for the sheriff and for the salary of the sheriff if the sheriff has served two or more full consecutive terms as sheriff.
HB 322: Relating to Montgomery County; to further provide for the salary of the members of the Montgomery County Commission.
HB 417: Relating to the State Board of Health and emergency medical services; to amend Section 22-18-1, Code of Alabama 1975, to further provide for the requirements for a licensure as a community paramedic; and to prohibit the State Board of Health from requiring a college degree for licensure as a community paramedic.
HB 340: To authorize the Sheriff of Morgan County to establish procedures to make limited purchases using a credit card or debit card provided the proper procedures are followed.
SB 256: Relating to any county where an agricultural authority has been incorporated pursuant to Article 3 of Chapter 20, Title 11, Code of Alabama 1975; to provide, under certain conditions, for a portion of Tennessee Valley Authority in-lieu-of-taxes payments distributed to the county pursuant to Section 40-28-2, Code of Alabama 1975, to be distributed to the agricultural authority in the county to be used for the purposes of the authority.
