HB 504: To authorize the Chilton County Commission, pursuant to Section 217 of the Constitution of Alabama of 2022, to continue at the rate at which there is levied and collected by the county, on all taxable property situated in the county, the ad valorem tax for a trade school and rural and industrial development in the county now levied at the rate of 3 mills on each dollar of assessed value, at a maximum rate, for any tax year of the county, which is equal to $.30 on each one hundred dollars (3 mills on each dollar) of assessed value, until December 31, 2044.

SB 296: To amend Section 2 of Act 634 of the 1951 Regular Session (Acts 1951, p. 1089), as amended by Act 630 of the 1967 Regular Session (Acts 1967, p. 1435), relating to zoning regulations of the county commission in the unincorporated area of the county in all counties having a population of 400,000 or more according to the 1940 or any succeeding Federal census; and to further provide the remedies and penalties for violations.
HB 483: Relating to Baldwin County; to amend Section 45-2-244.134, Code of Alabama 1975, to require that a portion of the local tobacco tax be used to establish and maintain a sexual assault nurse examiner program; and to make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
HB 453: Relating to Talladega County; to amend Sections 1 and 3 of Act 91-522 of the 1991 Regular Session (Acts 1991, p. 923), as amended by Act 2018-101 of the 2018 Regular Session, to further provide for the employment and duties of the county engineer; and to repeal Section 2 of Act 91-522, providing for nominations to fill the position by the state highway director.
SB 333: Relating to the City of Orange Beach in Baldwin County; to alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Orange Beach.
